Principal
With over eleven years in the industry, Terry has a broad base of knowledge, ranging in both project type and project scope. Various projects have included retail, residential, manufacturing, interiors and offices. He has done very small precision residential additions where every aspect is considered to ensure a seamless fit. He has also worked on large manufacturing facilities that have specialized equipment and processes and rely on detailed plans to ensure efficiency and maintain profitability.

Terry has run a small architectural firm for the past 7 years, catering to clients who seek quality design and personal service to guide them in their projects. As the sole practitioner of an architectural firm, he established a policy of partnering with clients to guarantee successful, on-time projects that met budget expectations. In addition to his professional experience, Terry has also taught at NJIT’s School of Architecture as an adjunct professor and participated as a guest critic for numerous design reviews throughout the program.

Terry is a licensed architect in New Jersey and New York.
