Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit

• Create 3D models and renderings

• Draw and document existing conditions

• Develop and draw detailed construction details

• Conduct research with building departments and landlord representatives

• Monitor project deliverables and report on progress to the team

 

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Experience with Bluebeam

• Familiarity with rendering software

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

 

Qualifications:

• College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Desire to learn project planning and management disciplines

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
