Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Completion of Construction Documents in AutoCAD and Revit

• 3D modeling and rendering

• Drawing of existing conditions and millwork fixturing

• Creating and drawing of construction details

• Research with Building Departments and landlord representative

• Work with Management to set the project timeline

• Monitor project deliverables and report on progress with the team

Qualifications & Skills

• College Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar field or equivalent

• experience

• The desire to learn the project planning and management disciplines

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and use of these abilities to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

• 1-5 years of experience preferred
