BIM
The use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is something that has skyrocketed in recent years. At Studio 43D we have adopted this wide variety of tools that allows us to manage a construction project with a digital representation of the job. BIM allows us to collaborate with engineers and
other professionals to have a fully working/integrated digital model of the job. We have found that by using BIM from the start of the design phase all the way through the end of construction, not only does it make us more efficient, but the client also benefits by seeing renderings of the job as needed through all phases. One of our goals is to utilize all technology that we can to make not only our job easier, but to make the client feel that their part of the job is too.
