Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Managing client and consultant contacts

  • Preparing and tracking client proposals with business owner

  • Work with owner on supplier relationships

  • Internal new project setup

  • Pre-project kickoff Coordination with client, vendors and consultants including: 

    • Building department

    • Permit expediter 

    • Landlord

  • Management of printing and shipping of internal and external drawings

  • Uploading digital documents to client project management platforms

  • Project reporting

  • Project billing 

  • Project closeouts 

Qualifications & Skills

  • College degree preferred, but not required

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and use of these abilities to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software preferred, but not required

  • 2 years of office experience preferred, but not required
